Welcome to August:)
This month I am starting a new challenge! I have gotten a lot of great feedback from the last 30 Day Fitness by Faith Challenge, so I am going to start another one!
It will be a little different from the last challenge. I have created an August calendar to print out, so you can follow along! I will still be posting my Motivation Monday pieces, and my mid-week blog posts on this website. Therefore, not only are we doing a challenge together, but I can continue to help you through your fitness journey! Follow along on my Facebook page to interact as we go throughout the next month:)

I created three different levels for this challenge since not everyone is at the same fitness level. Any level you choose to try will be great! If you are new to fitness, then try the beginner. Intermediate is if you have been in fitness awhile and would like a challenge, and advanced is for those of you who workout on a regular basis and are ready to take it up a notch! I will be doing this challenge along with you (I am starting on the advanced challenge).
Don’t get intimidated by the exercises each day. There are only 2 to do each day, and if you need to, you can do pushups on your knees until you start gaining strength. I want to challenge you to try them without your knees for as many as you can! Make sure to keep your butt down in line with your back when doing them. I see people way too often with their butts in the air!
It is called a total body challenge because it will work your entire body! I would encourage you to take before and after pictures. I would love to see the results!
Remember that with any fitness challenge you should make sure to eat clean. What you put into your body is very important. You will grow stronger throughout the next month, but if you consciously eat better as well, you could see some significant changes!
