Hey Fitness Lover~ welcome to Fitness by Faith! I wanted to share a little bit about my life with you, and my journey that has gotten me up to this point. Fitness by Faith was started from a dream of helping others live a holistically vibrant life! I was overweight (like you can see in the picture above) and didn’t feel good the first year of my marriage, but I was determined to change. I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life feeling the way I did, and I knew in order to change I needed to do something drastic! I started diving not only into fitness, but also into learning more about nutrition and healing the body through foods. I am happy to say I am now a certified personal trainer, a Nutritional Therapist, a wellness coach, and a graduate of Dr. Axe’s Nutritional Leadership Program.
I am in the process of creating some online programs that will be available January 2016! They will focus on holistic fitness and nutrition along with faith. Through this blog I will share with you the ideas I believe will bring about the best results in achieving a holistically vibrant life! I hope to be able to inspire you each time you visit:)
The content I provide is the information that has helped me on my journey and is continuing to help me lead a healthy lifestyle!
Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you can’t do something! I am living proof of being able to change despite difficult circumstances. It might take some time, but it is worth it! I look forward to experiencing better fitness together.
